Every appointment includes one. For most treatments we can consult and treat on the same day. For threads, and for anything involving prescription only medicines, the assessment happens before treatment is booked.

Avoid alcohol for twenty four hours, and if it is safe for you to do so, avoid ibuprofen, aspirin, fish oil and vitamin E for a few days. They all increase bruising. Do not book treatment in the week before an event.

No. I do not treat anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding, without exception.

Less than most people expect. Numbing cream is used where it helps, and most fillers contain local anaesthetic. Threads are done under local anaesthetic.

Not if it is done properly. The aim is that people say you look well, not that they ask what you have had done.

Filler is immediate but swollen, and settles at two to four weeks. Anti-wrinkle injections start at day three to five and peak at two weeks. Polynucleotides build over a course.

Yes. Hyaluronic acid filler is dissolved with hyaluronidase, which is one of the reasons I use it.

Yes, a deposit secures your appointment and comes off the treatment price on the day.

Give me at least forty eight hours notice and your deposit moves to your new appointment. Less than that, or a no show, and the deposit is not refundable. It is a single chair, so a late cancellation is a slot nobody else could book.
